1. Worldwide Shipping Capability
We proudly ship to over 50 countries, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Whether you need a single carton of samples via air express or a 40ft container via ocean freight, we have the logistics network to handle it.
Express Partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT (For samples & urgent small orders).
Freight Forwarders: We work with top-tier forwarders for LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) ocean shipments.
2. Shipping Costs & Quotes
To ensure you get the most competitive rate, shipping costs are calculated separately based on real-time quotes. We do not use a flat rate because order volumes vary significantly in B2B trade.
How it works: After you submit an order or quote request, our team compares rates from multiple carriers to find the best price for your specific weight and volume.
Incoterms Supported: We support standard international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP (for select regions).
Your Own Account: If you prefer to use your own FedEx/DHL account or appointed freight forwarder, simply let us know.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
We distinguish between in-stock items and production orders:
Sample & Stock Orders:
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery (Express): 3–7 business days via DHL/FedEx.
Bulk Production Orders (OEM):
Lead Time: Typically 15–25 days depending on order quantity and production schedule.
Delivery (Ocean): 20–45 days depending on the destination port.
4. Order Tracking
Transparency is key. Once your cargo leaves our warehouse:
Express: You will receive a tracking number via email immediately.
Ocean Freight: We will provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and vessel tracking information so you can monitor the shipment’s status online.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that for international shipments (unless agreed upon as DDP), the buyer is responsible for:
Import duties and VAT levied by the destination country.
Customs clearance fees.
Any additional handling charges imposed by the carrier at the destination.
We provide full commercial invoices and packing lists to assist with smooth customs clearance.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we pack every order with heavy-duty protection (reinforced cartons/pallets), accidents can happen in transit.
If goods arrive damaged: Please take photos of the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value bulk orders. We can assist in arranging this.
