Engineered for the North American Standard
In the global pneumatic market, one size does not fit all. While the world uses metric, North America runs on inches. Victory Technology offers a dedicated line of Inch Push-In Fittings to ensure seamless compatibility with U.S.-specification equipment. Whether you are servicing a Kenworth truck’s auxiliary air circuit or maintaining US-made packaging machinery, our fittings provide the exact imperial dimensions you need.
Comprehensive Imperial Range
We manufacture every configuration required to build or repair an imperial pneumatic system:
-
Straight Inch Fittings: Male Connectors (Tube to NPT) and Unions.
-
Elbow Inch Fittings: 90° Swivel Elbows for tight routing in truck chassis.
-
Tee & Y Inch Fittings: 3-way and 2-way splitters for distributing airflow.
-
Bulkhead Inch Fittings: Panel-mount anchors for secure pass-throughs.
Why Choose Victory Inch Fittings?
-
True Imperial Sizing: Strictly manufactured for 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ OD tubing. No “close enough” metric conversions—guaranteeing a perfect seal on SAE J844 or PU tubing.
-
NPT Thread Sealing: Features standard National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads, providing the strong mechanical wedge seal preferred in high-vibration heavy-duty applications. (BSP/UNF options also available).
-
Fast Installation: The stainless steel gripping claw allows for instant push-to-connect installation and easy release, reducing maintenance time by up to 75% compared to compression fittings.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I use these fittings with metric tubing (e.g., 6mm)?
A: No. 1/4″ (6.35mm) is slightly larger than 6mm. Using metric tubing in an inch fitting will cause leaks or blow-offs. Please verify your tubing implies “Inch” or “OD” markings.
Q: Are these DOT approved for air brakes?
A: These push-in fittings are excellent for Auxiliary Air Circuits (air horns, seats, suspension controls). For primary air brake lines, please check our specific D.O.T. Air Brake Fittings category (which requires brass reinforcement inserts).
Q: Do I need Teflon tape for NPT threads?
A: Many of our NPT fittings come with pre-applied sealant. If not, yes, a small amount of PTFE tape is recommended for tapered NPT threads to ensure a perfect seal.
