Between the air chamber and the brake shoes lies the most mechanically stressed part of the braking system: the linkage assembly. At Victory Technology, we manufacture the heavy-duty components that transfer force and regulate clearance. Our Slack Adjusters and Camshafts work in perfect unison to convert linear push-rod thrust into the rotary force needed to expand the brake shoes against the drum.

Our Product Range Includes:
Automatic Slack Adjusters (ASA): Stop wasting time on manual adjustments. Our self-adjusting units automatically compensate for brake lining wear, keeping the stroke within DOT safety limits.

Styles: Compatible with Meritor (Stroke Sensing), Haldex (Clearance Sensing), Bendix, and Gunite systems.

Specs: Available in 10, 28, and 37 Spline configurations with various arm lengths (5.5″, 6″).

Construction: High-strength Forged Steel housing eliminates flexing and cracking under high torque.

Brake Camshafts (S-Cams): The backbone of the wheel end. Our S-Cams are precision-machined and Induction Hardened at the head and spline areas to resist wear from constant rotation and vibration.

Design: Standard “S” head design for smooth brake shoe actuation.

Fitment: Available for Drive, Steer, and Trailer axles (left and right hand).

Heat Treatment: Critical wear points on worms gears and camshaft heads are heat-treated to maximize fatigue life.

Sealed Protection: Our adjusters feature high-quality seals and factory-filled synthetic grease to prevent internal corrosion from road salt and water.
