Le co\u00fbt ? Des centaines d\u2019euros d\u2019immobilisation et de r\u00e9parations. La cause ? Bien souvent, il s\u2019agit tout simplement d\u2019un mauvais choix de mat\u00e9riau.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Chez Aoke Auto Parts, on nous demande souvent : \u00ab Dois-je acheter les bobines en PU (polyur\u00e9thane) moins ch\u00e8res, ou rester sur les bobines standard en PA12 (nylon) ? \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p>En tant que fabricant des deux mat\u00e9riaux, nous privil\u00e9gions la transparence. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le PA12 (nylon) ? La norme industrielle <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Le PA12 (Polyamide 12), commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 Nylon, est le mat\u00e9riau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l&rsquo;industrie du transport routier commercial.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&rsquo;effet \u00ab m\u00e9moire \u00bb :<a href=\"https:\/\/airbrakehose.com\/product\/air-brake-coils\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> le PA12 poss\u00e8de une<\/a> excellente m\u00e9moire \u00e9lastique. Lorsqu&rsquo;on \u00e9tire un ressort de frein pneumatique en PA12 au maximum, il reprend sa forme compacte initiale. Il ne s&rsquo;affaisse pas et ne frotte pas contre le plateau de freinage.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haute pression : Il est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des pressions de service allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 150 PSI (et \u00e0 des pressions d&rsquo;\u00e9clatement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 900 PSI), r\u00e9pondant aux r\u00e9glementations strictes SAE J844 et DOT FMVSS 106.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9sistance chimique : Il r\u00e9siste au diesel, \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile, aux sels de d\u00e9neigement et aux rayons UV, ce qui lui assure une longue dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-what-is-pu-polyurethane-the-flexible-alternative\"><strong>2. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le PU (polyur\u00e9thane) ? L&rsquo;alternative flexible <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Le PU (polyur\u00e9thane) est un mat\u00e9riau semblable au caoutchouc, connu pour son extr\u00eame flexibilit\u00e9 et sa douceur.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les avantages : Doux au toucher et tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 plier. Son co\u00fbt de production est souvent inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du PA12. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inconv\u00e9nients : Le polyur\u00e9thane (PU) pr\u00e9sente une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et une pression d&rsquo;\u00e9clatement r\u00e9duite. Surtout, il r\u00e9pond rarement aux normes DOT pour les syst\u00e8mes de freinage pneumatiques.
