What is nylon air tubing used for?<\/strong><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Nylon (PA12) : le mat\u00e9riau de base. Rigide, r\u00e9sistant aux hautes pressions et chimiquement stable, il constitue la norme industrielle pour les freins pneumatiques et les conduites de carburant des camions.  <br\/>PU (Polyur\u00e9thane) : Le \u00ab gymnaste \u00bb. Extr\u00eamement flexible et r\u00e9sistant au pliage, avec une excellente m\u00e9moire de forme. Id\u00e9al pour la robotique, l\u2019automatisation et les machines en mouvement.   <br\/>PE (Poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne) : Le mat\u00e9riau \u00ab \u00e9conomique \u00bb. Peu co\u00fbteux et chimiquement inerte (apte au contact alimentaire). Id\u00e9al pour la filtration de l\u2019eau et l\u2019air comprim\u00e9 \u00e0 basse pression, mais sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur est faible.  <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1766910742014\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><strong>Q2 : Quel type de tuyau est le mieux adapt\u00e9 aux freins \u00e0 air ?<\/strong> <strong>Le nylon (PA12) est le SEUL choix s\u00fbr.<\/strong><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Pour les syst\u00e8mes de freinage principaux, il est imp\u00e9ratif d&rsquo;utiliser des tubes en nylon homologu\u00e9s DOT (plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de type A ou B selon la norme SAE J844). Ces tubes r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 la chaleur du moteur et \u00e0 la haute pression du syst\u00e8me de freinage sans se dilater ni \u00e9clater.  <br\/><br\/><br\/><br\/>\u26a0\ufe0f Avertissement : N\u2019utilisez jamais de tubes en PU ou en PE pour les conduites de freins pneumatiques. Ils ne sont pas conformes aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 DOT. <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1766911000353\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Q3 : Le tube en PU est-il plus flexible que le nylon ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Oui. Le polyur\u00e9thane (PU) est un mat\u00e9riau caoutchouteux qui absorbe parfaitement les vibrations. Cependant, sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la pression est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du nylon. Utilisez le PU pour les circuits d&rsquo;automatisation \u00e0 connexion rapide \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une cabine ou d&rsquo;un panneau de commande, mais privil\u00e9giez le nylon pour le c\u00e2blage du ch\u00e2ssis.   <\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1766911021888\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Q4 : Les tubes en PE peuvent-ils \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour les freins \u00e0 air ?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\"><strong>Absolument pas.<\/strong> Les tubes en PE ont un point de fusion bas et une faible pression d&rsquo;\u00e9clatement.
