En esta gu\u00eda, desglosaremos las diferencias t\u00e9cnicas entre el PA12 y el PU, y por qu\u00e9 el PA12 es la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n segura para sistemas de frenos de alta resistencia. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-what-is-pa12-nylon-the-industry-standard\"><strong>1. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es el PA12 (nailon)? El est\u00e1ndar de la industria <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>PA12 (poliamida 12), com\u00fanmente conocido como nailon, es el material \u00abest\u00e1ndar de oro\u00bb para la industria del transporte comercial.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Efecto memoria: El PA12 tiene una excelente memoria el\u00e1stica. Al estirar al m\u00e1ximo una <a href=\"https:\/\/airbrakehose.com\/product\/air-brake-coils\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bobina de freno de aire PA12<\/a>, recupera su forma compacta original. No se deforma ni se arrastra sobre la placa de la cubierta.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alta presi\u00f3n: est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para soportar presiones de trabajo de hasta 150 PSI (y presiones de rotura superiores a 900 PSI), cumpliendo con las estrictas regulaciones SAE J844 y DOT FMVSS 106.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resistencia qu\u00edmica: Resiste di\u00e9sel, aceite, sales de carretera y radiaci\u00f3n UV, lo que garantiza una larga vida \u00fatil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-what-is-pu-polyurethane-the-flexible-alternative\"><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es el PU (poliuretano)? La alternativa flexible <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>El PU (poliuretano) es un material similar al caucho conocido por su extrema flexibilidad y suavidad.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ventajas: Es suave al tacto y muy f\u00e1cil de doblar. Su producci\u00f3n suele ser m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica que la del PA12. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desventajas: El poliuretano tiene poca resistencia al calor y una presi\u00f3n de ruptura m\u00e1s baja. Y lo m\u00e1s importante, rara vez cumple con las normas DOT para sistemas de frenos de aire. Es excelente para herramientas neum\u00e1ticas (como pistolas de aire comprimido en un taller), pero presenta riesgos para las l\u00edneas de frenado cr\u00edticas de un veh\u00edculo en movimiento.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-head-to-head-comparison-pa12-vs-pu\"><strong>3.
